Our Peperoncino piccante are cut chili peppers conserved in extra virgin olive oil, all from Basilicata, Italy.

Beware, this is hot and spicy stuff! Even the olive oil has switched its mild taste for a fiery one The times of disappointing spicy oils are finally over.

This product is suitable for vegans and is made without conservatives.

PRODUCER

Ten years ago, Stefano started a small tomato factory, called Tipica, in Basilicata, Italy. After completing their studies Stefano’s daughter Maria and his son Gianni joined the family business.

Tipica is about all about one thing: quality. Tipica specialise in tomato products but also work with other local vegetables. They embrace the trustful relationship built with local farmers and the high-quality ingredients that they can source from them. Each product thus additionally carries with it the history and the passion of one small farmer from Basilicata.

If one word of caution isn’t enough, take it from our Italian Mamma: this product is hot and spicy!

Add a little bit to your pastas sauces, or any other dish you want to fire up.

Alternatively, bring it with you to your local Pizza restaurant and show the Pizzaiolo what real spicy oil tastes like.
