Our bronze-drawn, cold processed pasta have a wrinkled surface that captures sauces and seasonings much better than their industrial counterparts. And in turn, everything ends up much tastier. You will agree once you try!

This product is suitable for vegans and is made without conservatives.

Alica is a pasta producer from Tito in Basilicata. They specialise in special pasta types by using traditional techniques, bronze drawing and cold processing.

MAMMA’S TIPS

When cooking Spaghetti, or generally any pasta, make sure to use plenty of water, add salt but no olive oil!

Make sure not to overcook them. Whatever the packaging says, keep trying your Spaghetti every minute. This will help you choose the right al dente moment!
