MAMMA’S TIPS
Pizza Margherita, filled cannelloni, pasta sauces of all kinds – wherever oregano meets tomatoes, it unfolds a wonderfully aromatic and earthy note.
Oregano’s essential oils are concentrated in the dried herbs. Even small amounts are enough to flavor soups, salads, antipasti, fish and mussels, meat and vegetables or rice dishes.
Finally, oregano is relatively heat resistant and should cook (with the other ingredients) for at least 15 minutes to fully develop its flavour.
ALLERGENS
Our Origano essiccato do not contain any allergens.
