Our Olive in olio are black olives with stones preserved in extra virgin olive oil. While 90% of all harvested olives are turned into oil, these tasty survivors are so-called table olives.
We can track the origin of these olives to Basilicata, a region in the South of Italy. A great source of Vitamin E and Sodium, these olives have a strong taste and complement salads, cheeses and wines.
This product is suitable for vegans and is made without conservatives.
Ten years ago, Stefano started a small tomato factory, called Tipica, in Basilicata, Italy. After completing their studies Stefano’s daughter Maria and his son Gianni joined the family business.
Tipica is about all about one thing: quality. Tipica specialise in tomato products but also work with other local vegetables. They embrace the trustful relationship built with local farmers and the high-quality ingredients that they can source from them. Each product thus additionally carries with it the history and the passion of one small farmer from Basilicata.
