Our Lenticchie are produced simply and naturally by drying fresh lentils.

Besides being delicious and versatile in so many recipes, lentils are amazing for your health. They are an easy, delicious food, full of protein and high-fiber. Try them over pasta, rice, or as a soup served with a side of crusty bread.

This product is suitable for vegans and is made without conservatives.

PRODUCER

For more than ten years Agripeppers have been producing products typical of their region, Basilicata, in the South of Italy.

As the name suggests, Agripeppers’ specialty are peppers and specifically the famous Peperoni Cruschi. Additionally, the family business also offers a variety of dried herbs and beans.

MAMMA’S TIPS

Lentils know no bounds. They take on just about any flavor you add to them. And speaking of flavor, if you love spices, try peppers, oregano or coriander!

Rinse the lentils before cooking them, and cook them low and long!
