Products

  • Where do Eataliano’s products come from?

    Our products come from small, Italian food artisans located in Italy. Currently we work with producers from the region called “Basilicata”, in the very South of Italy.

  • How well do you know the producers?

    We know each and every producer personally. We regularly meet them and try each product before including it in our shop.

  • Do you produce any products yourselves?

    No, we leave the production to those who do it best - Italian food artisans.

  • Do you offer fresh products?

    Currently we do not offer fresh products. However we plan to do so in the future as we would love you to try real “burrata” or “stracciatella”!

  • Do you offer vegetarian products?

    Absolutely, almost all our products are vegetarian! Our food boxes are also available as a vegetarian (“vegetariano”) version.

  • Do you offer vegan products?

    Yes! Many of our products are vegan! To make it easy for you we have added a “vegan” tag in the description of all vegan products. Additionally, our vegetarian (“vegetariano”) food box is actually vegan!

  • What is the expiration date of your products?

    All our products clearly display, where applicable, an expiration date.

  • Can I buy individual food products from you?

    Absolutely, simply browse the shop and select the products you like.

  • Do you have a physical shop?

    No, we do not have a physical shop (yet…). But please sign up for our Newsletter, so we can let you know whenever we will be around on markets or events!

  • Can I order by phone?

    Certainly! Please use the contact form and let us know when and where to call you back so we can take your order.

  • Can I order by email?

    Yes you can! Please write us at hello@eataliano.lu and let us know what you would like to order, and where you would like us to deliver.

  • Which languages do you speak?

    We speak Luxembourgish, German, French, English and Italian!

Payment

  • How do I pay?

    We have implemented several payment options on our website, so you can pay via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or DigiCash.

  • How does the bank transfer payment method work?

    At the checkout, simply select “Bank Transfer” before completing your purchase. In the following page you will see our bank details, which we will also confirm via email to you. Once we receive your payment in our bank account, your order will be dispatched.

  • How does the credit card payment method work?

    At the checkout, simply select “Credit Card” and enter your card details. All information entered will be encrypted and treated securely. Your credit card will be charged once your order is dispatched.

  • How does the PayPal payment method work?

    At the checkout, simply select “PayPal” and log in using your PayPal credentials. All information entered will be encrypted and treated securely. Your PayPal account will be charged once your order is dispatched.

  • Do you offer DigiCash as a payment method?

    Yes we do, however we have not integrated it into the website yet. If you would like to pay via DigiCash, please select “Bank Transfer” and add a note to your order (in the checkout page) that you would like to pay using DigiCash. We will then provide you with an invoice that includes a scannable DigiCash QR code. Once we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched.

Delivery

  • Where do you deliver?

    We currently deliver anywhere within Luxembourg and plan to deliver to other EU countries shortly.

  • How do you deliver?

    We deliver fragile and delicate products ourselves. For more robust products, our partner POST in Luxembourg takes care of the delivery.

  • Do you deliver to PackUp stations?

    Absolutely, simply enter the necessary details in the address fields during checkout.

  • Do you deliver to PackUp Home addresses?

    Absolutely, simply enter the necessary details in the address fields during checkout.

  • Is there a delivery cost?

    For any order above 40€ delivery is free of charge! For orders below 40€ we will charge 5€ for the delivery.

  • How quickly do you deliver?

    We prepare your order within one to two business days after your order placement. Delivery in turn takes two to three business days following our dispatch.

  • Do you deliver on bank holidays?

    No, there is no delivery on bank holidays.

  • What if I am not at home during the delivery?

    If we deliver to you personally we will arrange a suitable delivery time with you beforehand. If you order is delivered via POST and you are not at home, the postman will leave the box in the nearest post station and leave a receipt in your post box that will allow you to pick it up at your convenience.

Other

  • What do I do if there is a perished or broken item in my box or if an item in my box?

    If you receive one of our products damaged, or in any other state that prevents consumption, please contact us. Please use the contact form or write us at hello@eataliano.lu to get in touch with us. We will take immediate action to replace your item.

  • What do I do if an item is missing from my order?

    If a product is missing, please contact us. Please use the contact form or write us at hello@eataliano.lu so that we can take immediate action and get the missing item to you.

  • How do we handle your personal data?

    Eataliano is complying with GDPR regulation and takes great care of its users’ data. Check out our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions for more details.
